Restaurant POS built for
real service, not showroom demos.

MA POS handles tables, orders, kitchen tickets, split bills, staff, stock, Z reports and offline operation — so your restaurant keeps running even when service gets messy.

Offline-first operation
Multi-terminal sync
Kitchen printer routing

Built for Friday night service.

Printers fail. Internet drops. Staff make mistakes. Tables run late. MA POS is designed around that reality — not around a sales demo.

Tables keep moving

Move tables, merge bills, track covers and keep waiter ownership clear — even mid-service when it's chaos.

Kitchen needs clear tickets

Route starters, mains and pass tickets to the correct printers or KDS stations. No ambiguity, no lost tickets.

Internet drops happen

Keep taking orders locally and sync when the connection comes back. The POS should not collapse during Saturday night service.

Managers need control

PIN-based permissions, void reasons, refunds, discounts and full audit logs. Every action is tracked — managers see everything.

From table to kitchen to payment.

A complete service cycle handled by a single system — no integrations bolted together, no gaps where things fall through.

1

Seat the table

Assign covers, waiter and area from the floor plan.

2

Take the order

Build by category, add modifiers, note allergens.

3

Send to kitchen

Tickets route to correct stations automatically.

4

Fire courses

Fire mains when starters clear. Kitchen stays in sync.

5

Split or merge bill

Split by item, split equally, or merge tables.

6

Take payment

Card, cash or split. Full reconciliation every time.

7

Close shift with Z report

Cash reconciliation, VAT, voids and totals — printed and synced.

Every operational module, built in.

Not add-ons. Not extra licences. The full system is included — every module works together out of the box.

Built to keep running
when the internet doesn't.

A POS that depends on the cloud to function is a liability in a restaurant. MA POS stores everything locally and syncs when it can.

Orders stored locally

Every order, item and payment lives on the terminal's local database. Internet outage has zero effect on service.

Terminals sync over local network

All tills communicate directly on the LAN — no cloud hop required for real-time sync between devices.

Sync resumes automatically

When the internet comes back, the Control Hub receives all queued data. Nothing is lost.

Print retry on failed jobs

If a kitchen printer goes offline mid-service, the job is queued and retried automatically when the printer recovers.

Sync status visible on screen

Managers can see the connection and sync state at all times from the top bar. No guessing.

Designed for offline-first operation. Card payments require a card terminal with network access — ordering, printing and management remain local.

Works with the hardware restaurants already understand.

No proprietary locked equipment. No expensive hardware bundles. MA POS runs on standard Android and connects to the printers you already have.

Android Tills

SUNMI terminals and any standard Android device. No Windows dependency.

Waiter Tablets

Android tablets on the floor for table-side ordering and bill presentation.

Receipt Printers

Standard ESC/POS thermal receipt printers over LAN or USB.

Kitchen Printers

Multiple kitchen printers — pass, grill, cold section, drinks bar — each routing its own station's tickets.

KDS Screens

Any Android screen can run the Kitchen Display System. No proprietary KDS hardware required.

Cash Drawers

RJ11 cash drawers connected to receipt printers. Auto-open on cash payments and no-sale operations.

Designed for wired tills and printers, with Wi-Fi tablets where needed. Ethernet recommended for kitchen printers to ensure reliable ticket delivery.

Why restaurants choose MA POS
over generic systems.

Generic POS systems are built for demos. MA POS is built around real service — the kind where internet drops, printers jam and tables turn fast.
